Thorbjørnrud Cheese factory

Thorbjørnrud cheese factory is located on the farm Øvre Kjekshus. We’re close neighbors with our dear milking cows and part of the amazing local food adventure that Olav Lie-Nilsen has created at Hadeland. The cheese factory produces more than 10 tons of cheese a year and does quite well in rankings both nationally and internationally.
